<description>I think the guy will fail eventually (and sooner rather than later).

He MAY hit his goal, but he will put a lot of the weight back on. I say this because he is loinsg the weight all the wrong ways. He eats next to nothing. 1350 calorie days on occasion, eating only three big meals, and not even great stuff. He eats Frosted Flakes and other junk and eats out A LOT. As a result of this, coupled with the fact he ONLY does cardio and no weight lifting, his metabolism has to have slowed to a crawl. Thats fine for now, but it requires he eat less and less or exercise more and more to continue to see results. He can&#039;t keep it up. At the very least, when (if) he hits his goal, he will not be able to sustain it, period.

He should have added weights in a LONG time ago, upped his calories to 2000 minimum daily, and then he would have had a better chance.

I wish him teh best, but if he doesnt severly change his attitude, he will not make it. He needs to not worry so much about the scale and start worrying about fat percentage and inches lost. He doesnt want to lift because the muscle gain will slow his weight loss progress. That&#039;s worrying more about theblog and not what is actually good for him.
